How do I set up the mask before first use?
Charge the controller, connect the mask securely, fit the straps comfortably and place the protective eye shields correctly before starting a session.
How does Auto Mode work?
Auto Mode runs a structured 20-minute cycle: Red + NIR for 10 minutes, Blue for 5 minutes and Amber for 5 minutes.
How do I use Manual Mode?
Select the light mode, intensity and session length on the wireless controller. Manual sessions can be set to 15, 20 or 30 minutes.
How often should I use the mask?
Follow the LUME User Guide. Current guidance recommends 3–5 sessions weekly and no more than 30 minutes within 24 hours.
How do I clean and store the mask?
Disconnect the mask before cleaning. Follow the cleaning method in the user manual, allow it to dry fully and store it flat in a clean, dry place.
